Refund & Return Policy

At Perfume Giants, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns and exchanges are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the specific circumstances described below:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product is defective upon arrival 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original, unopened packaging
  • Requests based on personal preference (scent, packaging expectations, etc.)

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

All damage, defect, or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you experience any of the issues listed above, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email customerservice@perfumegiants.com
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging (required for damage or incorrect item claims)

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Resolution Options

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • replacement of the same item at no additional cost
  • refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed after verification and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer product exchanges.
  • Items must remain unused and unopened
  • Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
