My tracking shows "Delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
In some cases, USPS may mark a package as delivered before it is physically delivered. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not yet received your package, please allow up to 24 hours for the package to arrive.
We also recommend checking around your property, with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or mailrooms, as packages are sometimes left in a secure location.

How do I change my delivery address?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
