💡 Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. We only sell 100% authentic, brand-name perfumes. All products are sourced from authorized distributors or trusted suppliers.

💡 Do you sell testers or used products?

No. All our products are brand new, unopened, and factory sealed. We do not sell testers or used items.

🚚 Shipping & Pickup

In-stock items at our warehouse: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available for an additional charge at checkout.

Items not in stock at our warehouse: Orders for items marked as not in stock will ship within 7 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available for an additional charge at checkout.

Order Pickup: Pickup is available from our warehouse for customers who have placed and paid for their orders in advance and selected the pickup option at checkout. Customers should arrive only after receiving confirmation that their order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Important Pickup Details:

  • Orders must be fully processed and confirmed before pickup.
  • A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.
  • Same-day pickup is not guaranteed.
  • No walk-in or on-site purchases are available.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon!

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

🔄 What is your return policy?

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

🔄 How do I start a return?

Email us at customerservice@perfumegiants.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

💳 Can I cancel or change my order?
